The core service team is located in Aachen. It consists of specialists with many years of experience and know-how about the most diverse and complex locking systems. As a result, a problem can quickly be identified which enables to work on a practical solution instantaneously. Besides the central staff in Aachen, we have local cooperation partners who have been trained to the Stacke standards and regularly get further training. This way, specialised competence is consistently kept available for customer services – backed by rapid access to spare parts and the development potential and know-how of the headquarters' staff.

All this is coordinated centrally to enable operations to start as soon as possible in close contact with the customers. The high quality standard of Stacke is always guaranteed – also for services.
